Denver was freezing!! I couldn't get over how cute my Florida babies looked all bundled up. All Austin wanted to do when he arrived in Denver was "eat the white snow!" 
Brock wasn't an immediate lover of the snow. His first encounter with snow he face planted in it.
Craig was hooked up by a work buddy with an amazing lodge in Beaver Creek so we headed up for a couple of days. In Beaver Creek everyone went skiing/snowboarding and since I couldn't go John set up a day at the spa and I had my first massage ever! It was a little weird for me at first to be so undressed but by the end I was completely relaxed.
We went sledding one day and John had to carry Austin all the way back up. Talk about a workout. 
We watched the SuperBowl at the Thorntons and my kids loved being with all the Thornton grandkids. Here they are all watching Wall-E.
We went to Jumpstreet with the kids. They loved it.

I love all of your pictures, they are great. Austin looks so cute skiing! And Brock's face is priceless as always. I am so glad you had such a great time but we missed you and are glad that you are back!
John is such a Great daddy to carry him up that hill with ALL that SNOW!
Looks like you guys had such a good time in Denver. The first couple of days we were there I about froze. After a while it wasn't so bad though. Glad you had fun!! Miss you guys!

Is that the Ritz in Beavercreek? We stayed there a few years ago. It is SOOOO nice. I miss Denver sometimes. But I would rather visit the snow then live in it.
OH my gosh- you guys got to do the fun snow stuff too! I so wish we could have taken our kids skiing like that- hopefully next year. Those pictures are so cute of him on those little skis holy cow. Okay looks like you really had fun in AZ! Sometime we'll have to do lunch when you're in town or something!!
Skinny Minny?? It's called CHUNKY MID SECTION but I was wearing black or a baggy sweatshirt. I really do have a gut- and still have 20 pounds to go gosh dangit. But it's called ISAGENIX!!!!!!!!!! THE BEST STUFF EEEEVER! It's actually booming in Florida right now. But funny you say that because I'm about to do a post on it. I haven't for so long b/c I feel so stupid, but I'm finally just going to.
Okay you really want that icecream mixture?
4 cups crushed corn flakes
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cube of melted butter
Mix it all together and put half on the bottom and sprinkled other half on top of 2 1/2 gallons of vanilla icecream. YUM YUM YUMMM..
ps-if you don't have Beth Goodman's Creamy Chicken Noodle soup recipe? If not, speak up sister b/c you're missing out. Probably the best soup I've EVER had.
John better watch it....no injuries now!!!! looks like a cool place with all those trampolines!
