Woody and Buzz Lightyear...we've gotten some good use out of these costumes. Halloween felt like a marathon of parties this year. I have over 250 pictures so I tried to hold back and only share a few. I'm exhausted but I love Halloween. I love seeing my kids so excited to get dressed up and get candy. I love whispering in their ear as they are trick or treating, "don't forget mommy likes Reeses!"
Austin said he's shooting lasers with his eyes here.
Wes was a pea in a pod. Not my first, second,...or third choice of costume. I wasn't going to dress him up at all but on Halloween morning I woke up and said I have to get him a costume! I felt like what if he grows up and has some complex because he was the third kid and got no attention and didn't even have a Halloween costume. Overreaction...maybe? So this was one of the last costumes at Target and Wes hated every second in it. Literally he did not stop crying until I took it off. Biggest waste of $15.
We went to our Ward Halloween Carnival first. Here's Austin's girlfriend, Mallory.
John was at an away game so after our ward party the Clarks came over to go trick or treating with us. Thank goodness because Austin had a couple of meltdowns when his candy bag ripped twice and Ryan was so nice to run home for me to get a new one both times. Then there was Brock who kept going into people's houses and staying there until they gave him more than one piece of candy. He should give a course on agressive Trick-or-Treating 101! Our neighborhood goes all out on Halloween. I bought 2 huge bags of candy at Costco and it was gone (although the Clarks were over for games the night before and we put a good dent in our stash). It's pretty magical. Kids are everywhere!

I'm so impressed that Austin still loved the Buzz costume...after two whole months!
Thanks again for letting us come over to your house. We had so much fun and the boys looked absolutely great!
Soo cute. Costumes look just like the real deal. Very nice to have happy helping friends and neighbors when daddy's are gone. I know how that is. Looks fun.
I love the costumes!! We also had a few meltdowns on halloween (it's to be expected!)
Why didn't you go to my house and get the wings I left there?? I love their costumes together what a duo! We missed you for halloween our trick or treat wasn't the same!
