Brocky started going to preschool a couple of times a week. After much deliberation we decided to drive a little further to the same school Austin went to because it's such a good school. Brocky was so excited to go his first day and his teacher said he's very good.
I could barely get a picture of Austin because he was RUNNING out the door to school. He's been so excited for Kindergarten and has been talking about it forever. We have to be at the bus stop at 7:15 so it's early mornings for us around here. Austin's favorite part about school was riding the bus. Great.
They have to wear a school uniform which makes outfit choices easy.
Brocky was so sad that he couldn't go with Austin on the bus. The only time Brock's been on a bus was the shuttle to Disneyworld so he kept telling me that he wanted to go to Disneyworld too!

John has started school too. Seminary that is. He was called to be a seminary teacher which means every morning at 5:50 we have a bunch of teenagers in our house which is where they meet since our church is so far away. I admire them. I don't know how faithful I would be as a seminary student if I had to do early morning. We had it built in as part of our schedule in school. So far it is going well. We have both learned a lot and we talk about what he is teaching. Austin keeps telling me to have those kids go away because they keep waking him up. Which is hilarious since they are so quiet but Aus is a light sleeper.

Put a box fan in Austins room and he won't hear a thing when the kids come in the morning! We think box fans are magic around here.
I expect you to make the seminary kids a home made breakfast every single morning with an awesome picture to go with it...HA! I admire you guys for doing that! I am soooo not an early morning person.
ps I can't believe he is already in Kinder!!! They grow so fast!!
I am so behind on posts. they are so cute. My boys love school too. I love brocks sad face and Aus consoling him. Miss you guys. I am serious you need to get Wes into modeling. He is made for it with his baby blues, long lashes and gorgeous hair. He is a natural. Happy birthday Wes. Miss you guys.
Wow! Seminary at your house huh? What a committment for your hubby! Dang...that means always best behavior! (you know how you somehow become more righteous the week you are asked to give a talk in church or something?) haha. That's great. Your family will be so blessed for that-

Okay, I have no idea why I comment on your food blog but not this blog. I look at it all the time. I love this post, it makes me happy and sad all at the same time. Your kids are so cute and I miss them! So do my girls. And I agree with everyone else, your new picture is amazing. Why do my family pics never turn out like that?
