John and I were talking about a little getaway and we both came up with the same idea...California. We've been wanting to visit Cade and Heather in Newport and this was just the chance. We spent the first day on our own and Knott's Berry Farm. I haven't been there since high school and they added so many rides since then. We got the Fast Pass which ended up being the Fast Pass to getting sick as Fast as you can. We met up with Cade and Heather the next day and spent the day on the beach riding our bikes down the boardwalk. We headed to the Cannery that night for dinner which was amazing. The Heather wasn't feeling well so she went to bed and we went and saw Spiderman. The next day was my birthday. 32! We grabbed some Great Mex and went to the beach and kayaking in the bay. Heather had a Groupon for a segway tour which was worth every penny. We ended the night with cupcakes galore. Sick as a dog.
