Tagged by Alisha- Welcome to the blogging world. We are excited to have you!
1) I am a chocoholic- I know all you ladies out there are thinking yeah, yeah...me too..but in a chocolate eating contest I may give you a run for your money. First example of my chocolate madness...John bought me truffles for Valentine's Day and gave them to me in the morning. By noon, 20 out the 40 truffles were gone. Maybe my need to consume as much chocolate as possible quickly comes from the fact that I am the last of 10 kids. If you didn't eat it fast, it was gone. Second example, I made John crepes for Father's Day and bought some Nutella to put on them. The next day, he asked where the Nutella was. "What Nutella?", I said. "You didn't", he replied. Oh yeah...ate the whole jar in one sitting. However, my poison of choice is butterscotch squares from Sees.
2) I have the opposite of anorexia- On my fridge, I have written, "You are not skinny". That made sound incredibly harsh and self defeating but let me explain. Growing up in high school I would always ask my mom if I was fat to which she would answer, "Oh, no honey. You look great...go eat something." Sweet, sweet mom. She didn't ever want to be the cause of my insecurity. So thanks to my mom I have always had a very positive self image. My booty does not thank you. Not that I think I am hot stuff or anything but I am just happy with myself and don't feel the need to be super skinny. I would rather be a little "bootylicious" than a rail. But when I try to justify eating a jar of Nutella I can look at the fridge and be reminded of moderation in all things.
3) My lifetime goal is to see the 7 wonders of the world- I want to see the new 7 wonders of the world which were globally voted on and announced in July of this year. I'm 0 for 7 so far. If you don't know, they are: Petra-Jordan, the Great Wall of China, Chichen Itza-Mexico, Taj Mahal-India, Colosseum-Italy, Machu Picchu-Peru, and the Christ Redeemer-Brazil. How could I be on this earth and not partake of the beauties it has to offer? Beauty is subjective I realize, but I figure they are important enough to be named the seven wonders so I should take the time to see them.
4) I have a fear of the phone. I know exactly where this stems from. My mom is notorious for being on the phone with someone and then throwing it at me and saying, "Here, talk to Christy." I hate this more than anything. I hate calling people. It is borderline painful. John has been trying to work with me on this over the years and I have gotten a little better. That is why the blogging world is so perfect for me.
5) I have a great memory. This has changed since I've had kids. For some reason my long term memory is still good but my short term is completely gone. I can barely remember something you told me 5 minutes ago but I can name everyone in my Kindergarten class, first and last names. I will store your birthday in my memory if you tell me it. Although I do remember birthdays, it doesn't mean I always act on them and will call you thanks to my fear of the phone.
6) I hate hair in my food- I know what you're thinking...who doesn't? As soon as I get in a hair in my food, even if it is my own, I am done eating...game over, I'm out. John always jokes that a good diet for me would be for him to sneak hair in my food everywhere we go. This is also why when I go to a potluck dinner I only eat what I brought and whatever my friends that I know and trust brought. I know this may sound snobbish but I have been a victim too many times to the hair monster at things like this.

Booed and then tagged. Great.
John, This comment has nothing to do with your blog. This is Brandon Hardy. Remember me from the ol provo student ward days. I home taught you. Well Nick Ovard told us about your blog so we were checking it out. Our blog is k9kenzi.blogspot.com. Anyway I wanted to say that I live in KC now and went to the Miami/KC pre-season game. I am totally bummed that we just found out you play for the "fish". Thats sweet. We could have hooked up for a brief sec. I remember when you, Cameron Fredericks and I used to talk about going to see you when you made it the pros. Well I will wrap this up. Email is bhardy@humana.com. Send a note if you ever read this comment. Chow
I am opposite of anorexia too. I love to eat. I could never starve myself. There is to many good tasting food out there to deprive myself of them. That is also why I have quite the booty going on too. I wouldn't say I am "bootylicious" though. I am trying to get rid of mine. I guess thats what old and 3 kids will do to you. Oh yah, the long term memory goes with the 3rd child. Trust me I know!=)
