Now for something more uplifting...I am still playing catch up so here are some pics from our time in Denver earlier this summer.
We usually hit Waterworld with the Denney clan on the 4th of July but this year we hit it earlier. Kim, Kristy, Brett, Craig, Austin, Sheri, John, me and Brock
As if we didn't bring enough junk food to eat we topped it off with ice cream sandwiches, hot dogs, and funnel cake. Oh, and we stopped at Heaven Dragon on the way home as usual.
Austin loved the slides...
Brock, not so much.

The Thorntons are so nice to let us hang out with them at their lake. How many kids can you fit in a paddle boat? 
They have a HUGE rope swing that I was completely and totally pressured into doing. It is terrifying. (John flying)
Here John is holding me as I'm getting ready to go so that I could get a firm grip. John really wanted me to do it with him and I did NOT want to.
John said, "Come on. You're not the girl I married."
Ooh. Ouch.
"The girl I married would jump off a cliff without thinking."
That girl had two precious kids.
So yes, I am absolutely a wuss now. I'm okay with that. I don't get that thrill that I used to from throwing myself off cliffs and I think more before risking my life these days. But...I fell into the peer pressure and did the rope swing anyway. Maybe I was subconsciously trying to show John I still had a little of that crazy girl in me. I figure I'm good for another couple years before I have to do it again.

OOOOOOOOh Water World and the lake! Those are two places I lived when I was a kid. I'm glad to see you guys keep up the traditions - I usually don't do either when I'm back in Denver visiting :(

Water World is soooo awesome! We still have not gone yet this summer :( I cant get over how much it costs for a two year old, craziness! We grew up going there too and I so love it! Looks like you guys had an awesome 4th. Your family is always so cute, you have such handsome little boys, I really hope one day we can meet them and hang out!
I am sorry you are having some anxiety issues, I can relate to that, but not for the reasons that you are having them. It makes total sense to me though. The Vada syndrome was a cute analogy. I hope you can start feeling better soon, I am sure it will take some time, in the mean time I am glad you have your sisters! You are still in my payers!
ok so you say I have been on ALOT of vacations look at you GIRL! I hope you guys have air miles with one airline. You travel ALOT! Looks like you are having fun, It is always nice to be around family and friends!!
DO NOT WORRY! I completely understand the sharing family issues! If it works out some day we would love to meet up, until then dont worry. It is hard to fit everything in with family!!!
Never been. Garet and Bry talk about it and it sounds really fun. Maybe someday.
That is a pretty sweet rope swing, it does look scary. I agree my dangerous day are over too, I would hate my babies to have a veg. for a mommy.
We were just talking the other day about how much Kris misses Heaven Dragon! Funny!

I miss CO. My kids went their without us this year. They were for the 4th. One of these years we'll probably run into each other at waterworld.

Hey Christy! How are you? Compared to what you and Laura go through, I can't complain at all. You are such a trooper. We don't have a Wii, just an Xbox.
