It's October 2nd...

...and tonight we just celebrated Heidi's birthday which was in mid September.

It's October 2nd...and I am wondering when this overstayed house guest is going to leave.

Cramer thanks for giving us financial advice this past month when the economy is in such turmoil but I think I hear your voice more in our house than my own husband's. Mad Money is driving me MAD!

It's October 2nd...and this is what happens when I vow not to buy Halloween candy until October 1st.

John's mom gave me this cute pumpkin that was filled to the top with candy corns a day ago. I did have a little help. The sad part is how little help I had eating these and that candy corns aren't even my weakness and I still managed to down them.

I love October. It feels like fall...it's a chilly 85 degrees here so we busted out the hot tub.

I love your background! I am going to have to actually start blogging again and change my background. What a fun time it looks like you had at Disney! And last night was so much fun, we should do it more often!

I hear ya on the cold weather, I actually turned the heater on this morning. It is like 35degrees here though. We have snow on the mountain tops today. Crazy.
That is what I like about Oct. CANDY!! I am pretty sure I gained 20 lbs off your cookie recipe. YUM YUM...Thanks!

Hey Christy - I just found your blog and I love looking at it. I loved seeing the picture of you girls out for Heidi's birthday. It makes me so jealous. I wish I were back in Florida sometimes. Looks like you guys are having lots of fun.
