"Pssst...Denney's in"

Back in the BYU days as we were watching the football games, every time John or Ryan went in on a play one of us would whisper "Denney's in" and pat the leg of the person next to us who would telephone it kindergarten style down the line of family members.

Years later nothing's changed. Every year the Denneys and friends congregate for the Miami/Buffalo game to watch John and Ryan play against each other. Sometimes there are only a few people that come and sometimes a boatload, but you can always count on:

1) A plethora of Seinfeld references.
2) Eating...eating...and more eating. Hunger pain? What's that?
3) Golf whether it be putt putt...or a full blown round.

John, Ryan, and Aus fishing in our backyard.

Bill wondering why he didn't get a Nobel Peace Prize.

Before the game...

Our good friends Jason and Angie came too. Jason got to spend his birthday going to the game.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month:

As most of you know John's mom Sheri is a breast cancer survivor. Sunday all the wives passed out ribbons at the stadium and Sheri, Craig, Angie, Jason, and my boys helped me pass out ribbons in the melting hot sun! It was such a neat experience to do it together especially with Sheri.

Ryan even wore pink gloves and cleats to honor his mom.

John snapping.

Us with all of the family after the game.

Very Cool! Breast Cancer Awareness month means so much more now that Stephanie was diagnosed just a few weeks ago. I have found it very neat watching all these grown men wearing pink gloves and cleets during the football games. Go PINK!

Way way way too much fun! What a neat opportunity to be with a surviror like Sheri. One of my best friends growing up battled breast cancer this last year. Thankfully she is winning that battle. I'm glad to see so much awarness going to such a horrible disease.
