For Valentine's Day every year we usually have a family Valentine's date and then John and I have our date with just the two of us. Usually John and I go out either the day before or after V-day because we can never get a sitter on the actual day and to avoid the crowds. This year our sitter said she could sit on V-day so on Saturday we ordered a heart pizza and headed to a camping site right by our house. We had Smores and told ghost stories in our tent. I was really sick and was trying to be a good sport but I really felt awful.
For Vday John and I got bikes and we have already used them a ton. John and I headed to Bonefish grill at 5:00pm to find that they had a 2 hour wait (same story at Brio). NOW we remember why we don't go out on the actual Valentine's Day. We ended up at Chili's. John wanted to do a survey of everyone there to see if Chili's was their first choice of restaurant to eat at that night. But we didn't care. John said he loved that he could take me anywhere and I wouldn't complain. Of course I wouldn't complain. I'm alone...with my sweetheart...with no kids throwing ketchup on my shirt.
We headed to the new Adam Sandler movie after and then to the grocery store to get our babysitter flowers that I had forgotten to get earlier in the day. For dessert we had pretzel M&Ms (okay I ate them all) and John had made chocolate dipped strawberries.

| I use the word tent loosely. We weren't staying overnight because it was Saturday so we grabbed Austin's Lightning McQueen tent. |

YAY for a whole bunch of new posts!! Looks like you had a ton of fun in Hawaii. I LOVE all of your dresses. Did you buy all those in the three days before the trip or did you already have them?? HAHAHA! We got bikes a couple years ago and LOVE them. I think when my kids are older I might start doing races. I think it would be super fun!

Chili's has the BEST chip ever the salsa is ok but those chips YUM!! We got bikes a few years ago and I ride all over the place pulling the kids in that trailer! Christy of course you would not complain I think one of your best qualities is that you adapt to any situation so well and are positive about it! Glad you two got a night out!
