For those of you who don't already know, John resigned with the Dolphins last week for 3 more years. We love living in Florida and are so excited to still be here. We've been celebrating all week but made it official by having a celebration dinner at Morton's steakhouse down in Miami Beach. We were a little late for our reservation so maybe that's why we got stuck at the table we did. I almost started laughing out loud when the hostess sat us because we were so close to the people next to us on both sides that we might as well have been a party of 8. John was joking that the space between the tables was probably smaller than his shoe. Granted John wears a size 15 but that's still close enough to smell my neighbor's garlic reeking breath. We had fun talking about our future without the craziness of kids.
P.S. I appreciate all the kudos for losing the weight on the last post but I really wasn't trying to fish for compliments. That was just part 1 of 2 of the bet. Stay tuned. Hopefully it won't take me five months this time to reach the goal. I'm sure tonight's feast didn't help...

Christy, We ate at a restaurant in Calif. like that. There was probably 2 inches between each table and it was packed. We just started saying crazy stuff but know one paid attention. The food was the best food I have ever tasted, so we couldnt complain, we just pigged out!-Sue

Yeah!! That's great. Good job on the baby weight too. I need some motivation myself and the holidays sure don't help. =) Jeff's the total opposite of John in that he doesn't like facial hair and I think it looks sexy on him. Maybe I'll make a bet with Jeff that he has to grow and keep a goatee if I can drop my 20. hehe
Congrats! That is so exciting! I would LOVE to live in there! We went there for our first time in october to go to disney world and it was so fun. I am so happy that you get to live there. I also just caught up on all your other posts! Congrats on the losing 20 pounds that is totally amazing..I wish I could say the same. Looks like you all had a fun Christmas, and I love the family picutres! SO cute! YOu have such a good looking family! Gotta love having so many boys!

Alright, I feel like a loser posting a comment after your dictionary of comments already posted! Congratulations to both of you! What a huge weight that must be off your shoulders. I was just thinking of the summer we all spent together in your parents "boarding house" before you moved to Florida, and it made me laugh! It doesn't seem like that was 3 years ago already! It's so good to see that all your sacrifice and hard work has all paid off!

I am about to break my computer, so frustrating. I have to ignore my kiddies while I do this so when it isn't working, my patience is short and thin!

Christy, We are driving to Disney Wed.March 5th. (It's Bob's spring break.)We are going to do Disney the 6th,7th,and 8th and head home on the 9th.We promised the boys we would do Disney when Bob finished school. He is applying for jobs at Universities everywhere. We would love to see you guys! We are going to book our trip this week.
