Mother's Day Tea

Brock had a Mother's Day tea at his school (2 weeks after Mother's Day...?) where all the moms dress up and watch the kids sing a program for us. Brock kept blowing me kisses and pointing to me. So cute.

After the program we went into another room and ate donuts and juice (no tea) while the kids gave us presents they made for us.

Brock and I were kind of by ourselves on the end of the table and we had a very special experience happen while we were talking in the room.

Let's just say that the veil is very thin and sometimes we get a small unexpected glimpse. And children are the perfect innocent vehicle for such an experience.

I couldn't get a very good group picture of their program and YES he's in a Christian school so there's a very big cross in the background.

you and Brock are too cute together! I miss that mother's day tea and you too! I love that he said you love everything when it comes to food, quite fitting based on your food blog right? And I am going to start calling you Grace from now on.
